Camellia seed oil

Camellia oil, also known as tea seed oil is the actual green tea oil. It comes from the seeds of Camellia sinensis, the plant from which all the tea is made. It is high in oleic acid (omega 9) which makes it a great moisturiser. It is light and is quickly absorbed into the skin.

 

Coconut oil

Contains saturated fats called medium chain fatty acids or triglycerides. Also contains lauric acid which has antimicrobial properties, Vitamin E for its skin nourishing properties and is rich in proteins to keep skin healthy and rejuvenated.

 

Evening Primrose Oil

Very gentle and contains fatty acids to helps improve blood circulation.

 

Fractionated Coconut oil

Stays liquid at room temperature. It differs from Regular Coconut Oil in that it is produced by heat rather than cold pressing.

 

Grapeseed Oil

Is rich in beta-carotene and vitamins D, C, E and has a concentration of essential fatty acids like palmitic, stearic, and linoleic acid. These fatty acids have performed well in clinical anti-wrinkle trials.

 

Jojoba Oil

Contains Vitamins E and B to nourish and protect skin from the effects of aging.

 

Macadamia nut oil

Is one of a few plant oils that contains high amounts of palmitoleic acid, which is also normally found in the sebum of man, and so is beneficial to the skin. It is very emollient which makes it great for dry and ageing skin. It is non greasy on the skin and helps reduce itchiness and inflammation.

 

Olive oil

Contains three major antioxidants: vitamin E, polyphenols, and phytosterols. Antioxidants, when topically applied, may help protect the skin from premature skin aging. Olive oil penetrates deeply into the skin while providing a cleansing effect and doesn’t clog pores.

Pomegranate seed oil

Full of antioxidants and a natural skin moisturiser.

 

Rice bran oil

Rice bran is a prized anti-aging ingredient in Asia. It contains rich levels of vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, and proteins and is readily absorbed into the skin.

 

Rosehip oil

Contains high levels of antioxidants to fight free radical damage and inflammation.

 

Shea Butter

Shea butter comes from the nuts of the Shea-Karite tree. It contains beneficial vegetable fats that promote cell regeneration and circulation, making it a wonderful healer and rejuvenator for troubled or aging skin and it contains natural sun-protectants.

 

Sweet almond oil

Abundant in Vitamins D and E, monounsaturated fatty acids, proteins, potassium and zinc and a number of other minerals and vitamins and proteins. It softens and nourishes skin, deeply cleanses and is suitable for sensitive skin types.

 

Tamanu Oil

Comes from the Tamanu tree in South East Asia. It is brimming with essential fatty acids and restores and regenerates skin.
