How long do I bath for ? You will need at least 40 minutes to soak in the tub. Within the first 20 minutes of treatment the salts pull toxins out of your body through the skin. The second 20 minutes allows for the absorption of minerals to occur. How much Epsom Salt Bath mix do I put in the bath ? Use ½ to 1 cup for each bath. Always follow your bath with a drink of water as you can feel a little dehydrated afterwards.
